Tourists from 64 countries are allowed to enter Cyprus without quarantine if they can produce a Digital Green Passport or submit a negative COVID-19 test result not older than 72 hours.
Also, travelers need to fill out the Cyprus Flight Pass questionnaire, and a solemn declaration form to be granted entry.
Travelers who have been in the United Kingdom, Holland, Denmark, Brazil and South Africa in the previous 14 days are required to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.

July 6 – Cyprus to remove entry restrictions for 5 more countries from July 6
Citizens of Belgium, Denmark, Monaco, Vatican City, and Jordan will be permitted to enter Cyprus restriction-free.
Effective July 6, the government excluded these countries from the list of territories considered heavily impacted by the spread of COVID-19. The move means that these visitors no longer need to get tested on arrival or quarantine.
On the other hand, Cyprus has moved the U.K. to its red list. Britons can still visit the country without having to quarantine but they must get retested upon arrival at their own expense. This new restriction will apply from July 8.

Tourism-dependent countries such as Cyprus are among those harmed the most by the pandemic. Fearing a long road to recovery, the island nation decided to offer lodging, food, and medication to all visitors testing positive for COVID-19 while in the country.
A 100-bed hospital with more than 112 intensive care units, plus a 500-room quarantine hotel is ready to receive those potential patients and their families.
But that’s not all, starting June 20 Cyprus will also drop COVID-19 test for 13 countries including Germany, Finland, Israel, Greece and Norway.
June 2 – American tourists can finally visit Cyprus without mandatory self-isolation, at least, for the first days of June.
Americans have finally made it to Cyprus’ “Orange list.” This means that based on epidemiological data visitors from the U.S. will not need to undergo mandatory self-isolation, at least, for the first days of June.
Cyprus closely monitors the COVID-19 situation in every single one of the 61 countries it allows entry. So, for now, Americans can enter without quarantine. This benefit may or may not change in a couple of weeks.
Before boarding a flight, all travelers must provide their personal details to the Republic of Cyprus so they can obtain a “Flight Pass”. Also, Americans must bring a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours before arrival as the other visitors.

May 18 – Cyprus to ease domestic COVID-19 restrictions starting today
Cyprus has lifted multiple COVID-19 restrictions following a massive reopening for tourism on May 10.
Effective today, May 18, residents and visitors are now allowed to visit indoor and outdoor restaurants without having to provide a negative COVID-19 test, vaccination certificate, or proof of having recovered from COVID-19.This benefit also applies to supermarkets, hair salons, banks, kiosks, bakeries, and public services.
Nevertheless, those certificates are still required for indoor venues such as shopping malls and places of worship.
The curfew will also start one hour later. So now it goes from 00:00-05:00
April 30 – Cyprus to reopen to vaccinated travelers on May 10
Cyprus’ Deputy Tourism Minister Savvas Perdios announced that starting May 10, visitors from 65 countries will be allowed to visit Cyprus for tourism without having to quarantine or if they hold a “Digital Green Passport” or present a negative result of the COVID-19 PCR test, not older than three days.
The countries allowed include all the Schengen zone, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Israel, Qatar, Egypt, Switzerland, New Zealand, the United States of America, Australia and a few more.
“We will inform our partners abroad that from May 10, fully vaccinated people from the 65 countries we recently opened can come to Cyprus without [Covid] tests and quarantine, even if they are close contacts [of confirmed cases],” Perdios pointed out in this regard.
